Classes

You normally must be a club member and must have attended monitor training to register for any class. Exception to this policy: A provisional member may register for no more than two classes during his/her provisional period. The provisional period begins when a person signs an agreement to attend one of the next two new member orientations and monitor training sessions and pays $15 membership fee and ends when the provisional member officially becomes a club member or when the second new member orientation and monitor training session concludes without that person having attended same.

Pre-registration is required for all classes.

There is a flat fee of $5.00 for each class. A class may include one or more class sessions.

No prerequisite is necessary for the Computing 101 class; all other classes have a prerequisite that you must have either completed Computing 101 or are knowledgeable in the subject matter contained in the Computing 101 class. Suggested progression: Click here

You should arrive on time for your class, as all sessions begin on time. Lessons are presented in a progressive order. If a hands-on class is missed, it may not be possible for you to continue the class as hands-on.
